Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the website https://amsim.club (hereinafter — the "Website"), owned by Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Kuzarev (hereinafter — the "Operator"). The Policy applies to all personal data that the Operator may receive from the User during the use of the Website. By using the Website, the User unconditionally agrees to this Policy and the terms of personal data processing specified herein.

The Operator processes the following personal data: • Data obtained automatically during Steam authorization: Steam ID, display name (nickname), avatar URL, country code. • Data provided voluntarily by the User: first name, last name, Telegram ID. • Data collected automatically during Website use: IP address (in server logs), browser technical information (in case of errors).

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended September 1, 2025), the Operator processes personal data for the following purposes: • User authorization and identification on the Website. • Maintaining racing statistics, ratings, and competition results. • Ensuring the operation of the AMSC club card. • Communicating with the User via Telegram (when the Telegram ID is voluntarily provided). Each of the above purposes constitutes an independent basis for personal data processing.

Personal data processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject's consent (paragraph 1, part 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). Consent to personal data processing is given by the User by checking the "I consent to personal data processing" checkbox and clicking the "Login via Steam" button on the Website's authorization page.

Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation (hosting provider Selectel, Moscow), in accordance with the requirements of part 5, Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Personal data storage period: until the User withdraws consent or deletes their account. Personal data is processed automatically in the Operator's information systems.

The Operator may share personal data with the following third parties: • Steam (Valve Corporation, USA) — for authorization via Steam OpenID. During authorization, a verification request is sent, and Steam returns the user's identifier. Data processing by Steam is governed by Valve's Privacy Policy. • Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — for recording technical errors on the Website. IP address and browser technical information may be transmitted. • Plausible Analytics — used for collecting anonymous visit statistics. This service does not use cookies and does not process personal data. The Operator does not share personal data with other third parties without the User's consent, except in cases provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Website uses the following cookies: • amsc-session — authorization session (httpOnly, secure, duration: 30 days). • amsc-locale — selected interface language (duration: 1 year). • amsc-game — selected game section (duration: 1 year). • amsc-cookie-consent — cookie notice acceptance (duration: 1 year). All listed cookies are functional and necessary for the proper operation of the Website. No analytical or advertising cookies are used.

The User has the right to: • Receive information regarding the processing of their personal data. • Request correction, blocking, or deletion of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully obtained. • Withdraw consent to personal data processing. • Appeal the Operator's actions or inactions to the authorized body for the protection of data subjects' rights (Roskomnadzor) or in court. To exercise these rights, the User may send a request to the Operator's email address: info@amsim.club.

To withdraw consent to personal data processing, the User must send a corresponding request to the Operator's email address: info@amsim.club. Upon withdrawal of consent, the User's account and all associated personal data will be deleted within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receiving the request. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties. Protection measures include: • Connection encryption (TLS/SSL protocol). • Authorization token hashing. • Access rights differentiation in information systems. • Regular data backup.

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version of the Policy is available at: https://amsim.club/privacy. Continued use of the Website after changes to the Policy constitutes the User's acceptance of such changes.
